Library to go: Printing and Faxing

The Caroline County Public Library is excited to announce the expansion of our Library to Go service to include printing and faxing!

When is it available?

Our Library to Go: Printing and Faxing service will be available starting Tuesday, June 22nd.
You can pick up your requested materials on Tuesday and Thursday (1pm-7pm) and Saturday (10am-4pm)

How does it work?

It’s Easy!

To submit a printing or faxing request please email us the document(s) you would like us to print or fax to printing@carolib.org.

When emailing your print/fax requests please include as many details as possible to ensure that your requests is processed as promptly and accurately as possible.

For print requests, you will receive an email when your document has been printed and is ready to be picked up. For faxing, you will receive an email confirmation that your document has been faxed.

For Printing Pick Up Only:

When you arrive at the Central Library during our Library to Go service hours please call 410-479-1343 x101 to let library staff know that you have arrived.

Once notified of your arrival, a folder containing your items will be placed on the pickup table outside the Central Library. Your first initial and last name will be written on the folder for easy identification.

Is there a fee for this service?

Currently, CCPL will be waiving fees associated with printing and faxing. For print requests over $5 library staff will place a bill on your account that can be paid at a later date.

How many print/fax requests can I make?

Currently, we ask that our customers limit themselves to placing two print/fax requests

Where and when can I pick up my print requests?

Where and when can I pick up my print requests?
Currently, Library to Go service is only available at the Central Library in Denton.
You can pick up your print requests during our Library to Go service hours after you have been notified that they are available. Print requests received less than 24 hours in advanced may not be ready for the next Library to Go service day.

Can I request that physical documents be copied or faxed?

Currently, to mitigate the health risks to our staff and community we are only accepting print/fax requests of digital items sent to our printing@carolib.org account.

What are you doing to help keep the community safe?

The reopening plan that the Caroline County Public Library has adopted in response to the COVID-19 crisis was developed with the safety of our staff and community as our top priority. Here are just a few of the things we will be going during this phase of our reopening plan to help keep you safe.
• All participating library staff will be required to wear masks and follow meticulous cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Library to Go will be entirely contactless. You will never be required to break proper social distancing protocols to retrieve your requested materials.
• We ask that all of our customers using our Library to Go service practice responsible social distancing and wear face masks when approaching the pickup table to retrieve their materials.
