• Caroline County Maryland Land Records, abstracted by R. Bernice Leonard (975. 231 L (1774-1874) are indexed by the names of sellers, buyers and property tract names. An important disclaimer: property that was passed by wills and stayed in a family does not appear in the Land Records. Only property that was sold is included.
