Join us for what will be another amazingly fun summer reading program at the Caroline County Public Library! As you have probably guessed, this year’s theme is “Adventure Begins at Your Library” and is meant to encourage people of all ages to explore the many wonderful things that can be found at your local library. Sign-up for this year’s summer reading program will begin on Monday, June 10, and can be done in person at any of our three locations or online.

Program Ceremony at the Maryland State Fair!
We are seeking a reader who will represent CCPL
summer readers at this very special ceremony on
Saturday, August 24th at 2 p.m. 
What’s summer reading without prizes!? As in years past, summer reading participants will be able to earn prizes throughout their summer reading journey while working towards the chance to win one of our grand prizes!

We have an awesome slate of summer reading programs and activities this year with a focus on programs designed to bring our community together. From our ever-popular storytime with Ms. Mina to close encounters with reptiles, we have something for everyone!

Summer reading isn’t just for kids! We have a fun summer reading program designed with our busy adults in mind! Simply grab some Adult Summer Reading raffle tickets from one of our three libraries and fill one out each time you finish a book this summer. Completed tickets can be returned to any location for a chance to win!
